DemoChoice ad policy

By default, polls created by web users or the webmaster show ads on the ballot and results pages. Poll creators can opt out by unchecking a box on the setup or edit form.

In theory, Google ads provide positive value to users by offering information relevant to the poll question, or at least amusement from a valiant attempt.

DemoChoice exists for its voters and poll creators, and not for advertisers. There will be no hard feelings if a poll creator chooses not to display ads.

Sometimes it takes a while (hours or days) for the Google robot to visit your new poll and gather the information necessary to make the ads relevant.

Google uses cookies (small files stored on your computer by your web browser) to track your browsing history in order to generate more relevant ads. DemoChoice does not use this information.
